Payments

Subscriptions are sold by Stripe as the merchant of record, trading to customers as Link. A card statement for a SlongeHoops subscription reads LINK.COM*. Questions about a payment, an invoice or a refund can be raised with us at the address above, and Stripe holds the financial record.

Hosting

The website and the application are served from a content delivery network. The database, sign-in and file storage are operated by Supabase in an EU region.

Dispute resolution

Note that under Managed Payments the seller is Stripe, which changes who the consumer’s counterparty is and therefore what this section can truthfully say.]
